Description:
This machine adopts microcomputer control automatic slitting and rewinding with such characteristics as reasonable structure, complete function and stable performance and it is in the lead at home. It has been widely used for converting industry such base materials as various roll film materials, adhesive basis paper, aluminum foil laminated with film, insulating paper, sensitive material and roll paper, etc. and it is a kind of main auxiliary equipment for packing products.

Performance and Characteristics:
1. Main Motor: electromagnetic speed regulation motor
2. Separated General Control Cabinet , more flexible and even easier operation.
3. Automatic EPC for unwinding, photocell is suitable for tracking the edge and or the line of material.
4. Equipped with air shaft for unwinding material loading, magnetic powder brake for unwinding tension control
5. Air shaft for rewinding, Magnetic powder clutch for rewinding tension control
6. Equipped with air trim discharge conveying system.
7. Automatic meter counting device.
8. Pressure roller for rewinding to make rewinding roll more uniform.
9. Disk knife available for option.
